Every bear carries the same recording module and the same care. What changes is the colour, the trim and the keepsake that comes with it, so you can choose the one that suits the person you are remembering.
Every bear takes the same recording module and the same sixty seconds. Seven to ten days door to door, counted from the day you approve the finished audio, not from the day you order.
Two ways to put a voice inside
Every bear takes either one. You choose which when you start an order, and the bear itself is the same in both cases.
If they can still record
Record the voice itself
You, or the person the bear is for, record straight into the site, or send a clean file you already have. That recording is what plays. Nothing is generated and nothing is changed.
If they have died
Rebuild the voice from what you have
A voicemail, a video, a scratchy few seconds. An AI voice model learns the sound of their voice from that file and reads the message you write. The audio inside the bear is synthesised. It is a re-creation of their voice saying words they never said.

What every bear includes
Permanent voice, replaceable batteries
Once the module is fitted the audio on it cannot be overwritten, erased, or recorded over by a child pressing the wrong thing. The module itself lifts out of a closed inner pocket that an adult opens, so the cover can be washed and the batteries replaced. What you approve is what the bear says, and it never has to fall silent.
Your recording stays yours
Audio is used for your order alone. It is never shared, sold or used to train anything.
Seven to ten days from approval
You hear the finished audio and approve it before anything is built. From that moment it is seven to ten days door to door. Each bear is played once from start to finish before it is packed. If it does not sound right, it does not go.
